This Easter mocktail is bright and springy. A fruity punch mocktail that's perfect for Easter brunch. Ready in 5 minutes!

I love making holiday mocktails - they are more elevated than just serving juice, and they can be beautiful decoration for a gathering.
Plus, when you make a mocktail, you can always keep alcohol on hand for people who want to add some, but the drink itself is totally alcohol free.
This Easter mocktail is colorful and springy. It's bright and fruity. Everything I think of that feels like the glory of Easter.
I highly recommend including the fruit, like in punch or sangria - it really makes the dish!

Why I love this Easter Mocktail
- No Alcohol - of course! It's a mocktail, so there's no alcohol at all. If you want to add alcohol I give the quantity and type of liquor below
- Dietary needs - besides being alcohol-free this mocktail is plant-based, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free
- Quick and easy - it only takes 5 minutes to whip up
- Great for kids and adults - the kids can have fun feeling like an adult and the adults can enjoy a cocktail without the effects of alcohol
- Mocktail worthy of Easter - this Easter mocktail is bright and springy. It makes enough to feed a crowd. And with the fruit slices, the pitcher of mocktail is a beautiful display

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
- Pomegranate Juice: pomegranate juice is a great base because it is not too tart or too sweet. If you want, you can sub cranberry juice, but this will make the drink significantly tarter - you may need to adjust and add some more orange juice or a simple syrup.
- Orange Juice: I recommend fresh orange juice if you can. It has a richer, brighter flavor than bottled. But if you want to buy store-bought, look for a pulp-free juice that only contains oranges
- Grapefruit Juice: I love the extra layer of flavor from grapefruit juice. If you don't want to buy and juice a grapefruit, use more orange juice.
- Lemon Juice: fresh lemon juice is ideal here! You could also use lime juice if you don't have lemons.
- Seltzer Water or Ginger Kombucha: club soda, seltzer water, ginger kombucha, and ginger beer all work here. Pick your favorite bubbly drink!
- Strawberries, Oranges, Grapefruits: I love adding whole fruit to give the mocktail punch vibes.

Step-By-Step Instructions
Step 1. In a large pitcher or jar mix the pomegranate juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice.

Step 2. When ready to serve, add the seltzer water and the sliced fruit. Serve over ice.

FAQ & Expert Tips
Since this drink is a mocktail version of punch, I'd recommend a liquor like vodka, tequila, or rum.
Add a shot by the glass or add 4-8 shots to the entire batch.
Homemade cocktails are flexible! If you prefer a sweeter drink, add more orange juice or use ginger ale. Or for a more tangy drink, add some extra lemon juice. Make it your own!
A large mason jar is perfect for storage. The drink will last in the fridge for up to a week.
