A glass of Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch, garnished with rosemary and dried orange.

After making a Thanksgiving punch that was a huge hit, I knew Christmas punch was necessary. This is a winter version of my popular Thanksgiving punch. It features flavors like cranberry, orange, and pomegranate. Garnish with rosemary for that Christmas tree vibe.

This non-alcoholic version of punch is such a great option for holiday parties. It feeds a crowd and brings all the holiday vibes.

Why I love this Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch

    • No Alcohol - of course! This punch is still incredibly flavorful and lovely to drink! If you want to add alcohol I give the quantity and type of liquor below
    • Dietary needs - besides being alcohol-free this mocktail is plant-based, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free
    • It's naturally sweetened! - fruit juices and my maple simple syrup recipe are all naturally sweet, and significantly less processed than other sugars like sweet liquors
    • Quick and easy - this punch only takes 5 minutes to make
    • Great for kids and adults - the kids can have fun feeling like an adult and the adults can enjoy a cocktail without the effects of alcohol
    • Festive flavors - enjoy all the classic winter flavors, like cranberry orange

    Ingredient Notes & Substitutions

    • Apple Cider: most apple ciders are just made from apples - double check to make sure the brand you buy doesn't have added sugar
    • Cranberry Juice: look for unsweetened cranberry juice. If you can't find unsweetened juice, I recommend tasting for sweetness before adding the maple simple syrup
    • Orange Juice: look for no-pulp options!
    • Pomegranate Juice: look for this in the refrigerated section, instead of the juice aisle. If you can't find it, use more cranberry juice
    • Maple Simple Syrup: my Maple Simple Syrup recipe is SO easy. It's just like a regular simple syrup - a 1:1 ratio of maple syrup to water
    • Oranges, Cranberries, Pomegranate Arils: these fruits really bring the punch to life! Buy smaller oranges so the sliced fruits can fit in each glass.
    • Seltzer or Club Soda: any unsweetened sparkling water is fine here.
    • Fresh Rosemary: optional, but gives Christmas tree vibes

    FAQ & Expert Tips

    Add Alcohol

Christmas vibes: add a shot of bourbon or rye.
Traditional punch: add vodka or rum.

    Storage

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to a week. I find that a large mason jar is perfect for efficiently storing leftovers.

    Recipe Prayer
