Raspberry Mint Iced Green Tea is a refreshing drink filled with antioxidants - it's sweetened with fruit for a completely sugar-free drink.

I'm always looking for fun drink recipes to enjoy in the warm weather. And, of course, I try to add nutrient density wherever I can.

This raspberry mint iced green tea is a perfect example. It's delicious - refreshing and sweet - and also rich with antioxidants.

Green tea is rich in polyphenols, which are natural compounds that benefits like reducing inflammation and helping to fight cancer.

Mint is great for gut health, and is especially useful in relieving indigestion as well as calming the system.

And raspberries have fiber and other nutrients that can help reduce blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol.

All these amazing benefits in a drink that actually tastes good.

    Raspberry Mint Iced Green Tea

Why I love this Raspberry Mint Iced Green Tea

    • Dietary needs - this recipe is plant-based, oil-free, gluten-free, and totally sugar-free
    • Prep ahead - the key with iced tea is to make it ahead of time so you can let it cool without watering it down with ice‍
    • ‍Nutrient-dense - you get all the incredible benefits of green tea, mint, and raspberries

    Ingredient Notes

    • Green Tea Bags: any green tea will do. You could even use mint green tea. You could also use loose leaf tea - I just find bags to be easier
    • Cold Water
    • Frozen Raspberries: I like frozen raspberries because they break down into a nicer puree than fresh. Plus they're cheaper and always available. Fresh works fine too.
    • Mint Leaves
