Enjoy a Vegan Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte at home anytime. With bold coffee and the sweet, nutty, pumpkin pie spices this drink is just like a store-bought version for all the fall vibes!

As a young teenager, I used to love drinking pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks. In college I started drinking my coffee completely black and haven't looked back!
But I still love making the occasional latte. Especially a pumpkin spice latte.
I don't know about where you live, but when Starbucks releases their PSL in August, it is still HOT. So we're making an iced latte instead of a hot one.
If you prefer a hot latte you can always warm the milk and use hot espresso. Either way, you'll be feeling all the fall vibes with this delicious recipe.

Why I love this Vegan Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Dietary needs - this latte is plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free
- All the fall vibes - there's tons of pumpkin spice flavor in this latte. Perfect for celebrating fall
- Make at home any time - no need to run to Starbucks, you can make this latte at home without any special equipment

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
- Non-Dairy Milk: choose your favorite. I find that almond milk tastes a little funky in lattes, so I used soy milk.
- Pumpkin Puree: used canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Maple Syrup: adjust the sweetness level to your taste. You could also use date syrup or omit the syrup entirely.
- Pumpkin Pie Spices: the key to the classic pumpkin spice flavor is a generous serving of spices. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice.
- Cold Brew Coffee: I always have cold brew on hand, so that's what I used. You can also use decaf cold brew, iced coffee, or espresso.

How to make a Vegan Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Step 1. Add the non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spices to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2. Add the cold brew to a glass, then pour in the puree. Enjoy!

FAQ & Expert Tips
Warm your milk in the microwave or on the stove before blending. Then pour over hot espresso or hot coffee instead of cold brew.
Want it super sweet? Use a few extra teaspoons of maple syrup. Or omit the syrup entirely for a completely sugar-free latte.
