Make your own wellness shots at home! These Strawberry Lemon Ginger Wellness Shots are a fruity homemade shot. A bright drink to promote wellness.

I have been making wellness shots on the regular for a while now. I love the idea of store bought shots, but I don't love the price point. The good news is that you can make them at home in just a few minutes.
My original recipe is these ginger shots. But I've been loving experimenting with new flavors. This strawberry version is absolutely delicious. It's more sweet and mellow than my original version, but still has a nice bite of ginger. It's my new go-to!

What Are Wellness Shots?
Wellness shots are concentrated beverages made from ingredients like ginger, citrus, fruit, and spices. They're typically served in small portions because of their intense flavor.
Unlike juices or smoothies, wellness shots are designed to be highly concentrated and consumed in just a few sips.

Ways To Customize These Wellness Shots
Depending on your flavor preferences, you can try:
- Turmeric + Black Pepper for a warming variation
- Elderberry Tea for a deeper berry flavor
- Cayenne Pepper for extra heat
- Raspberries alongside the strawberries

Elizabeth's Kitchen Notes
- A balanced shot: I find myself reaching for this version of my wellness shots more often because it is sweeter and more balanced than my plain ginger version. If you're just starting out, these shots are a great intro
- My shot routine: I take one shot before bed each night. Ginger is great for digestion and sleep, so before bed is the optimal time. When I run out, I spend a few minutes making my next batch - it truly only takes a few minutes. Then I pop them into these little shot glasses for easy portions all week.
