- A balanced shot: I find myself reaching for the more fruity versions of my wellness shots more often because they is sweeter and more balanced than my plain ginger version. If you're just starting out, these shots are a great intro
- My shot routine: I take one shot before bed each night. Ginger is great for digestion and sleep, so before bed is the optimal time. When I run out, I spend a few minutes making my next batch - it truly only takes a few minutes. Then I pop them into these little shot glasses for easy portions all week.
- Shake before using: I give my shots a slight shake before drinking, because fresh ingredients tend to settle. This is especially pertinent with these cinnamon shots - cinnamon will settle in the bottom of each glass
